Győző Kulcsár (born October 18, 1940 in Budapest ; † September 19, 2018 ) was a Hungarian sword fencer and four-time Olympic champion .

In 1964 he took part with the Hungarian epee team at the Olympic Games in Tokyo and won the gold medal there. He was able to repeat this success with the team in 1968 and 1972 . In 1976 in Montreal he was fourth with the team.

He was also very successful in the individual competitions. After finishing ninth in the individual competition in Tokyo, he also won the Olympic Games in Mexico City . In Munich and Montreal he won two more medals in individual and was third each.
