癸酉

The water tap ( Guiyou , Chinese  癸酉 , Pinyin guǐyǒu ) is the 10th year of the Chinese calendar (see table 天 支 60-year cycle). It is a term from the field of Chinese astrology and denotes those lunar years that are linked by a connection between the tenth heavenly stem ( , guǐ , element water and Yīn ) and the tenth earth branch ( , yǒu ), symbolized by the rooster ( , ), are characterized.
