However, the Dub estate, to which Újezdec belonged, retained its independence as a country seat. The owners of the estate included u. a. Peter Baubinsky von Augezd, who took part in the Prague Diets of 1569 and 1571, and from 1608 Pavel Kavka von Říčany. He was followed in 1651 by Miroslav Markvart von Hrádek. After his death, the property was divided and reunited in 1689 by Karl Philipp Graf von Buquoy . Then the owners changed in quick succession. Among them were Erasmus Zucker von Dammfeld, then Johann Amand Baron von Linker and Lutzenwik . He sold the estate to Johann Zadubsky von Schönthal in 1790. Two years later Jakob Veith acquired the property, Andreas Neuhold in 1810 and Johann Nadherny in 1820 . In 1839 Moritz Ritter Hönig von Henikstein bought the Dub estate from Johann von Nadherny. In 1840 Augezdetz / Augezdec consisted of 33 houses with 205 inhabitants; of which four houses with 29 inhabitants were subject to Wällischbirken . An Israelite family lived in the Duber share. The inn was in the Duber share. Parish was Dub. Until the middle of the 19th century, the village remained partially subject to the allodial property Dub including Bortschitz and the Fideikommissherrschaft Wällischbirken. The residents lived from agriculture.
