The fourth season of the German singing casting show Deutschland sucht den Superstar was broadcast from January 10th to May 5th, 2007 on the RTL television program. Tooske Ragas and Marco Schreyl were the moderators . The jury was made up of Dieter Bohlen and Heinz Henn ; Sylvia Kollek has been replaced by Anja Lukaseder . In the final, Mark Medlock won ahead of Martin Stosch .

Semifinals
Martin Stosch, Lisa Bund and Mark Medlock fought for the two tickets to the final on April 28, 2007. For the first time this season, each candidate sang three songs. The motto of the semifinals was songs from the jury . Each jury member chose a song for each candidate.
Martin Stosch and Mark Medlock were voted into the final by the spectators. Lisa Bund did not have enough calls and dropped out shortly before the final. Bund is the best girl of the fourth season of Germany is looking for the superstar .

On May 5th, Martin Stosch and Mark Medlock fought for the 2007 Superstar title . In the first round, the opponents sang a song of their choice, then a song that they had already sung in a live show and in the third round everyone sang their winning title.
Mark Medlock is the fourth season winner and thus a 2007 superstar .
After the show, Frauke Ludowig hosted , as in the previous year, Explosiv Spezial - The Night of Superstars .
