Estrées is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Gouy in the west and northwest, Beaurevoir in the northeast, Joncourt in the east and southeast and Nauroy in the southwest.

During the First World War , Estrées was in the area of the Hindenburg line , of which some bunkers can still be seen in the municipality.
