The 2013 FIA GT Series was the debut season of the FIA GT Series , which succeeded the FIA GT1 World Championship . The Gran Turismo racing series was under the sovereignty of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile , but was organized by the SRO Motorsports Group .
Only vehicles from the GT3 group that carried out two one-hour sprint races on two-day racing weekends were eligible to start.
