The Feuchtwiesen am Bullerbach nature reserve is located in the municipality of Lienen in the Steinfurt district in North Rhine-Westphalia .
The area extends southwest of the core town of Lienen directly on the B 475 , which passes on the southern edge . The Bullerbach flows through the area, the border with Lower Saxony runs south .

An area of 263.7333 hectares is designated as a nature reserve for Lienen under the identification number ST-087. The area was placed under protection "to preserve and promote communities and biotopes with partially endangered animal species and plant communities of open water and moist grassland ."
