A community road leads to Auerbach to the district road AN 20 (1.7 km northwest) or to the district road AN 23 (0.3 km southeast) between Winden (0.8 km southwest) and Oberramstadt (1 km north). Another community road also leads to AN 23 (0.3 km east).

history

The place was laid out as a late settlement between "Upper Ramshart" and "Niederen Ramshart", but did not appear as "Mittel Ramßhart" until 1471, when "Niederen Ramshart" had not been mentioned for over half a century; “Niederen Ramshart” may have become today's Mittelramstadt. In both Ramstadt the Hochstift Würzburg had fiefdoms , which Geißendorfer owned as grain tenth in the early 14th century at Vogelsburg Castle called Rammersdorf . In 1384 Hans Geißendorfer sold, among other things, the Nieder- / Mittelramstadter tithe to Johann von Seckendorff zu Jochsberg . In 1450, the Margrave of Ansbach enfeoffed the Zobel brothers with the Vogelsburg / Rammersdorf Castle and also with the tithe of Mittelramstadt. In 1571 the castle and its affiliations passed to the noble Eyb family as a margravial fief . In the Vetterschen Oberamtsbeschreibung from 1732 it says that Mittelramstadt consists of two subjects of the Brandenburg-Ansbach Abbey Office in Ansbach (already handed down in 1681) and eleven subjects of the Lords of Eyb zu Rammersdorf as well as a community shepherd's house; The hamlet of St. Peter in Leutershausen was parish. The tithe went partly to Rammersdorf Castle, partly to the schoolmaster in Leutershausen, and partly to Oberramstadt. The parish rulership and the shepherd's crook was disputed between the Ansbach Abbey and the Eyb rulership; the bailiwick inner Etters belonged to the respective rule, the bailiwick apart from Etters and the Fraisch lay with the Brandenburg-Ansbach town bailiwick of Leutershausen . Towards the end of the Old Kingdom , Mittelramstadt consisted of 14 properties: A Köblergut and a Söldengütlein belonged to the Ansbach monastery , the Eybschen Rittergut zu Rammersdorf two half farms, five Köblergüter, a Söldengut and four Söldengütlein. The shepherd's house and the crushing house were communal property . From 1797 to 1808 the place was subordinate to the Justice Office Leutershausen and Chamber Office Colmberg .

In 1806 Mittelramstadt came to the Kingdom of Bavaria . As part of the community edict, Mittelramstadt was assigned to the Leutershausen tax district in 1808 . The rural community of Mittelramstadt was founded in 1810. The places Froschmühle , Mittelramstadt, Rammersdorf and Winden belonged to this . It was subject to the Leutershausen Regional Court in administration and jurisdiction and to the Colmberg Rent Office for financial administration . From 1820 to 1842, 14 landholders from Mittelramstadt belonged to the first class patrimonial court in Wiedersbach-Rammersdorf of the von Eyb family.

From 1862 on, Mittelramstadt was administered by the Ansbach district office (renamed the Ansbach district in 1938 ). The jurisdiction remained with the district court Leutershausen until 1879, since 1880 district court Ansbach . In 1880, the financial management was transferred to the Ansbach Rent Office ( renamed the Ansbach Tax Office in 1920 ). The municipality had an area of 4.722 km². On January 1, 1972, Mittelramstadt was incorporated into Leutershausen as part of the regional reform .

Agriculture

In 1819 hop growing began in Mittelramstadt ; the place took on a pioneering role "in the area" in this regard. An official register from 1875 reports that 81 head of cattle were kept in the village of Mittelramstadt at that time; There were a total of 220 cattle, 387 sheep, 181 pigs and 25 goats in the four towns of the Mittelramstadt community.
