history
The stadium was designed by Costantino Rozzi and has been the home of the US Avellino football club since 1973 . The stadium currently offers space for 10,125 spectators. Between 1978 and 1988, when the US Avellino played in Serie A , the Partenio was regularly overcrowded, with up to 42,000 spectators at that time.
The Stadio Partenio-Adriano Lombardi consists of two curves, each with two stands and two grandstands. The Tribuna Terminio has two tiers and houses the press areas, while the Tribuna Montevergine is only one story and is the only part of the stadium that is covered. The initially existing athletics facility has now been removed.
