    action

    Logo until 2009

The telenovela tells stories of relationships around the five- star Hotel Fürstenhof and love in several interwoven storylines . The action is located in the fictional community of Bichlheim in the Upper Bavarian district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen . The exterior shots of the hotel are made on the grounds of Vagen Castle in the village of Vagen near Rosenheim , Feldkirchen-Westerham municipality . The plot revolves in particular around the members of the Saalfeld family, owners of the hotel, and their employees. The seasons that have run since 2005 had the Fürstenhof and some continuous roles, such as the Sonnbichler couple and the Werner and Charlotte Saalfeld couple as connecting people. The seasons are each held together by a dramaturgically independent pair of lovers who ultimately come together after mistakes and confusion. In addition to these protagonists, there are other relationships between couples but also parent-child relationships on the theme of the “storm” of love and, as an important dramaturgical element, a “disruptive role” in the form of a partner of the male protagonist or Werner Saalfeld.

Protagonists and main characters of the current season

Franziska Krummbiegl, Tim Saalfeld and Nadja Saalfeld

Franziska "Franzi" Krummbiegl is a country girl. She is close to nature, down to earth and has an unsurpassable sense of taste. After the death of her parents, she grew up on her aunt's orchard.

When Franzi breaks down on her bike on the way to an important appointment, she has a fateful encounter: Tim Degeneils her on a horse to help and she falls madly in love with him. Little does she know that this clash triggers a series of events that lead to a great family secret ...

Tim Degen grew up as a foundling in Thailand and had to learn at an early age to fight for himself and not trust anyone. At the age of 18 he fled Thailand and enlisted in the Bundeswehr in Germany. Tim's great passion is riding. On the back of a horse he feels free and carefree.

When he goes on a horse ride in his spare time, he meets Franzi, who will change his life forever. Because it is only through Franzi that Christoph learns that his missing son - Boris's twin brother - is still alive. Suddenly, as a member of the Saalfeld family, Tim gets a glimpse into a world that was previously denied to him.

He met his siblings, lived in a 5-star hotel and discovered his love for polo. But when Tim learns that Christoph was not honest with him, his dark side comes to light.

Nadja Holler learned at an early age what is the most important thing in life: money! And to get that, any means is fine with her.

When she learns that her former lover Tim Degen has since turned out to be a Saalfeld and is therefore heir to a great fortune, she comes to the "Fürstenhof" to resume her affair with him. Franzi is soon a thorn in her side and Nadja leaves no stone unturned to win Tim over.

    Werner Saalfeld and Christoph Saalfeld

Family tree of the Saalfeld family

Werner Saalfeld is the father of Robert, Laura, Sandra, Moritz, Konstantin and William, the legal father of Alexander, and once married Charlotte Saalfeld, the heiress of the Fürstenhof . For many years he was director of the 5-star hotel. After almost 40 years, he has finally reconciled with his brother André and employs him again as a cook at the Fürstenhof . Nothing has changed in his tendency to trust scheming and beautiful women too much. He cheated on his wife Charlotte again and again, which ultimately led to their divorce after 36 years of marriage. After Barbara von Heidenberg, the new scheming partner and later wife at Werner's side becomes Doris van Norden, whom he left after a brief affair in Buenos Aires and has not seen again since. Since Werner wore rose-colored glasses , he did not notice what wrong game Doris was playing with Charlotte. After Doris confessed to all of her evil deeds and was imprisoned, Werner said that it was time for change again. He is nominated as the new mayor of Bichlheim and wins the election. Only Friedrich remains suspicious of Werner and tries again and again to convince Charlotte that Werner is playing wrong. He also begins a relationship with Poppy Schweitzer, Natascha's younger sister, whom he later marries. After abusing his office in favor of his wife, he has to resign as mayor. When Poppy dies some time later on a cruise with her mother while going ashore through a coconut , he falls into deep mourning. When Adrian Lechner bought 20% of the Fürstenhof shares, Werner was overtaken by a dark chapter of his past. He once covered a murder for payment that was committed by Adrian's father Hagen. In the meantime, Charlotte has forgiven him for his misdeeds regarding Hagen Lechner and the two have decided to marry again, which is then implemented. After Charlotte emigrated to Africa, Werner continued to fight Christoph for the Fürstenhof. He hopes to get rid of it for good with Robert's support. Werner doesn't trust his grandson Joshua, he makes no secret of it. After he is also accused of a crime, the hotel owner sees himself confirmed. Until he gets into a situation in which he is helpless at Joshua. While Werner is enjoying life in the three-generation household, the divorce from Charlotte shows him again what he needs to be completely happy. Indeed, another woman soon caught his attention.

Christoph Saalfeld is the grandson of the hotel founder Ludwig Saalfeld and the owner of a worldwide low-cost hotel chain. He comes to Bichelheim to make the Fürstenhof his family seat, as he sees himself as the only legitimate successor to the hotel's founder. Through intrigue he obtains the majority of the hotel shares. The loss of his great love Alicia was a severe blow for Christoph. After all, the hotel majority owner is used to getting what he wants. As far as the power games in the hotel are concerned, however, he will soon be the same again. He skillfully uses the people in the “Fürstenhof” like chess pieces to strengthen his position and get his way. He will stop at nothing. No matter whether it is about his ex-wife Xenia, his children or his competitors. When another woman enters Christoph's life, however, he has to realize once again that he can control a lot - only not his feelings.

    Further roles

Alfons and Hildegard Sonnbichler have been employed at the Fürstenhof for decades , she in the kitchen as the sous chef and he as the highly correct head porter. Alfons enjoys a special relationship of trust with the Saalfelds, not least because he was in a relationship with Charlotte Saalfeld in his youth and Alexander is their son. Hildegard is involved in the local council and was a candidate for the mayor's office. Their child is Marie Sonnbichler, who has, however, left the Fürstenhof . Hildegard causes a stir when she is the first woman to pierce the first barrel at the shooting festival. Because Alfons has become the face of Bavaria, he meets the actress Magdalena Murnau, with whom he shoots some commercials and is invited to public events. Over time, Hildegard gradually became jealous of Magdalena and felt like the fifth wheel on the car. After Magdalena's departure, calm returns to the Sonnbichlers. Some time later, her great-nephew Jonas Dammann comes to visit. Little did they know, however, that he is smuggling stolen property. When Clara Morgenstern shows up in Bichlheim with her mother Melanie, called Melli, it turns out that Alfons is Melli's father and Clara's grandfather. Although Hildegard is shocked at first, she soon accepts Melli as if she were her own daughter. The appearance of Melli's mother Gerti a few months later causes a stir because she is very special. Some time later he and Hildegard as well as Natascha and Michael founded a literature group. Furthermore, Alfons had to struggle with severe forgetfulness for a while, which caused Hildegard great concern. She has never been to New York and she wants to change that! Hildegard decides without further ado to finally make her dream of a trip to the Big Apple come true and, to Alfons' surprise, makes nails. She would never have suspected the consequences of the whole thing: Actually, Alfons only wanted to make Hildegard happy with his present from New York. What he finally gets into motion surprises him himself - and not only in the positive! Because suddenly his wife is getting attention from everyone, especially from other men. And that goes too far for the lovable head porter. She becomes the face of a new beauty product and thus attracts more attention than she expected.

André Konopka is Werner Saalfeld's younger brother and, after many years, has finally reconciled with him. He now works for him as a chef. André is quite a rascal at times and has not only worked on a legal level in the past. His nephew Robert returned to the Fürstenhof after the death of his wife Miriam and worked alongside André as the second head chef until André resigned him under pressure from Götz. Because of this betrayal, he fell out with his family. Robert's new bistro , in particular, is a thorn in his side and he tries every means possible to sabotage it. Andrés son Simon has now gone to South Africa with his wife Maike and works as an oenologist on his father-in-law's estate, Jasper Steenkamp . In addition, Sabrina Görres, an adult daughter of André, is hiring and has a changeable father-daughter relationship. But unfortunately Sabrina dies two years later in a plane crash. Michael and André get married to save André, who almost poisoned Natascha with glutamate , from prison. A little later they get divorced. After various discussions, André is now in a relationship with Melli Sonnbichler and develops feelings for Susan Newcombe, which lead to the separation from Melli. André and Melli got married and were happy, until Melli separated from him because of his constant lies and emigrated to her daughter Clara in Tokyo. When the brewery threw off debts, André tried to save it through an insurance fraud. But his attempted arson was exposed, so that André was convicted. While his great love Melli has started a new life in Tokyo, his crooked machinations are now catching up with him. With a heavy heart, André makes his way to the prison - but he never gets there.

Dr. Michael Niederbühl comes to the Fürstenhof to take over the practice of Evelyn Konopka, who emigrated to Canada . After a short time it turns out that he is the father of Tanja Heinemann's (then Liebertz) son Fabien, who was conceived almost two years earlier at a forest festival. After a failed relationship with Charlotte Saalfeld, he became engaged to Rosalie Engel after a while, but she began an affair with the stable boy Jacob Krendlinger. He then separated from Rosalie. It is a surprise for him when his adult daughter Debbie, who comes from a previous relationship with an American, turns up to visit him at the Fürstenhof. Michael later became the partner of Marlene Schweitzer. After she married her great love Konstantin Riedmüller, this relationship also broke up. After only a short time, Michael flirts with Coco, without any obligations. But after nothing emerged from the relationship between Coco and Michael, Coco gradually falls in love with Goran, who has adored her since he first met her and who is determined to have a love affair with her. When Michael confesses his feelings for her, however, Coco realizes that she secretly also has feelings for him, but she wants to hold on to her relationship with Goran, which is why she lets Michael move to Africa to help people in need there. When he comes back they start a relationship. A little later, he and his ex-mother-in-law Natascha founded the duet “Luft und Liebe”. Working together, the two fall in love and eventually even get married. Michael cheats on Natascha with her younger sister Poppy of all people, who then even becomes pregnant by him, but suffers a miscarriage. Nevertheless, Natascha and Michael get back together. Later, Michael's son Fabien appears at the Fürstenhof . Although he and Natascha didn't get on well with him at first, Michael and his wife have now developed a good relationship with him. After a long period of reflection, Michael forgives her an affair between Natascha and Nils. Some time later, Xenia Saalfeld falls in love with Michael and the two have an affair. After the affair is over, he and Natascha begin couples therapy. So they learned to love each other again. Doctor, father and husband - Michael tries to do justice to all areas of his life. Not an easy task, as he once again discovered. Especially since he is still in the process of regaining Natascha's trust after his misstep. To his horror, he is then embroiled in a secret service affair.

Natascha Schweitzer is an eccentric singer who accepts an engagement at the Fürstenhof - but only to make a musical producer fidget on Broadway . When he finally declines and a potential producer for her album jumps out, Natascha feels forced to get her career rolling through her appearances at the Fürstenhof . While working with Konstantin, she gives in to the bar boss's advances and lets himself into an affair with him, but tries to talk her amorous daughter Marlene out of her feelings for Konstantin. After her daughter and Constantine became a couple and got married, Natascha gave them her blessing. It is a shock to her when she learns that she can never sing again. Natascha often clashes with Goran in particular. After Constantine's departure, she will also be the bar manager in the hotel's piano bar. She can sing again after an operation and wants to restart her career. A brief relationship with the Scotsman Ian McPherson breaks up through his daughter Becky. Some time later she founds the duet “Luft und Liebe” with Michael. Working together, the two fall in love. Finally Natascha starts a relationship with Michael and marries him. Some time later, Natascha fell ill with the deadly nervous disease Nuevo Sclerosis and hid it from Michael. When he finds out, he tries everything to save Natascha's life. He goes so far that he spends a night with the insidious and blackmailing doctor Friederike Breuer - a former love of Michael. This should move Friederike to include Natascha in her medical study on curing the disease. After Friederike believes that all of her intrigues against Natascha have lost their meaning, she accuses Michael of having raped her in his treatment room. When she is supposed to give perjury to this, Friederike rows back and confesses that the “rape” never would have happened. In addition, Friederike realizes that she cannot separate Michael and Natascha and leaves the Fürstenhof . Some time later, Nils Heinemann falls in love with her and her marriage to Michael is in danger. After a brief affair with Nils, she reconciles with Michael. Natascha also forgave Michael's affair with Xenia after Natascha and Michael had slowly settled down. After the turbulent events, the bar manager is doing everything she can to fix her marriage once and for all. However, she did not expect that she would have to change diapers again.

After having found love twice at the Fürstenhof , he goes to Verona with Eva and Valentina and opens a restaurant there. Episode 1392–1600: Theresa Burger and Moritz van Norden

After completing her studies to become a master brewer, Theresa Burger returns from Berlin to her home town of Bichlheim and, to her horror, finds the family-owned company Burger Bräu run down and abandoned. Contrary to the warning of her best friend from childhood, the management consultant Gitti König, she decides to restart production and renovate the brewery . When she was cleaning old beer kegs on the premises, she met the architect Moritz van Norden, and both were immediately taken with each other. His mother Doris - real estate agent and owner of the Van Norden Bau company - is planning a luxury residential complex in Bichlheim, for which she has already bought numerous properties. Now that only the old brewery is in the way of her plans, she acts behind the back of her son's new friend and tries to inflict the fatal blow on the ailing company. At the same time in Argentina , a young man named Konstantin Riedmüller found out after the death of his mother that he had been adopted as an infant, and traveled to Germany against his aunt's advice. When Moritz learns of alleged encounters that never took place, he confronts his foreign likeness on a bridge. There it comes to a tangible argument, in the course of which Moritz falls over the parapet and disappears into the river. After a long, unsuccessful search, Konstantin decides to face his guilt, but then, still in shock, slips into the role of his brother and is forced to continue the charade. The unconscious and disfigured Moritz is found by the young Roma Elena Majoré and her father on a river bank and taken to the hospital. Elena, who receives a job as a kitchen assistant at the Fürstenhof through Hildegard , persuades a cosmetic surgeon, who has stayed at the hotel as a guest, to take care of Moritz's case. With a new face, but without any memory of his previous life, he is finally dismissed as "Peter Bach" and works as a hotel gardener from then on.

Since Werner didn't want to appoint him, but Robert, as the second hotel manager, André rehearses the uprising against his older brother and joins the brewery as a partner in order to build up a second mainstay. In addition, Theresa, Gitti's father Julius, the former brewer and maltster from Burger Bräu , manages to get back into the business. Nevertheless, the grief for Moritz and feelings of guilt towards him gnaw at her, since she has meanwhile genuinely fallen in love with Constantine after he revealed himself to her and marries him. When Moritz's memory returns during an argument with Konstantin, he reports to Konstantin that he has stolen his identity and his life. Although Doris quickly saw through the game of her exiled son and initially hated him for it, she now stands up for Konstantin in order not to lose him again, which Moritz regards as treason. Only in the court hearing does reason prevail over him and he confesses that it was he who attacked Constantine first, whereupon his brother and Theresa are sentenced to suspended sentences. Konstantin's aunt Pilar, who has come from Buenos Aires for the court hearing , meanwhile presses Doris with the appointment calendar of her murdered brother Miguel, who had an appointment with her on the day of his death. A little later Doris carried out a fatal attack on Pilar, to which Moritz almost fell victim. Since Konstantin appears on a video evidence, Moritz now suspects that his brother is still trying to kill him, even though both had recently made peace. When Theresa destroys the evidence, Moritz demands that she leave the Fürstenhof with him as a vote of confidence . To this end, Theresa accepts Xaver's godmother Nicola Westphal's offer to work in their brewery in Porta Westfalica , but ultimately cannot part with Burger Bräu .

The company got into a crisis again when Doris first persuaded Theresa's old school friend, the insolvent drinks dealer Jan Augustin, to sign a delivery contract with the brewery, which left them with the agreed delivery, and on top of that, cleaning agents in the recently introduced product “Fürstenhof Royal “tips. However, Nicolas' niece Kristin Nörtlinger, who is doing an internship at Burger Bräu, is suspected . After Konstantin has made sure that Theresa and Moritz split up with a text message, the latter quickly takes a liking to Kristin, which further stirs up Theresa's suspicions against her. Episode 1601–1814: Marlene and Konstantin Riedmüller

After Konstantin's twin brother Moritz married his great love Theresa Burger, Konstantin loses faith in true love. Shortly before the wedding of Konstantin's brother, the pianist Marlene Schweitzer, who had to walk on crutches since she was two years old with a leg injured after an accident, comes to the Fürstenhof as manager of her famous mother Natascha and falls in love at first sight the Argentine. The singer Natascha is finally engaged at the Fürstenhof and wants to give her career as a singer new incentive there. Constantine, who is still suffering from his separation from Theresa, has a hot affair with her. At the same time, Natascha's daughter Marlene becomes more and more familiar and they become friends. Because she underestimates her handicap, Marlene almost drowns on a bathing trip and is saved by Konstantin. When Dr. Michael Niederbühl wants to cure Marlene's handicap with a new surgical method, she initially rejects this suggestion after many disappointing treatments. However, Konstantin manages to encourage Marlene to have the operation. With Konstantin's support, Marlene makes more and more progress after the successful operation and can finally move her leg, which was once disabled, completely normally.

Because her mother is now publicly showing off her affair with Marlene's great love, Marlene tries to finally forget Konstantin and begins a relationship with Dr. Michael Niederbühl. In addition, Marlene distances herself from Natascha professionally. She explains to her mother that she will no longer work for her as a pianist in the future and is now fully dedicated to her work as a jewelry designer. After a few months together, Michael and Marlene want to get married. Ironically, on the planned wedding day of the two of them, there is also a billiards game between Konstantin and Marlene's ex-boyfriend, the billiards world champion Gonzalo Pastoriza. But Michael has to postpone the wedding because he has to provide medical care for Charlotte, who has fainted. Marlene is able to join the billiards game, in which she was the only one to bet money on Konstantin, when Konstantin is about to give up because of a hand injury. However, Marlene's belief in him gives him strength and so he manages to hit Gonzalo and get the kiss that Marlene promised him if he won.

After the jewelry designer Veit Bergmann reveals himself to Marlene as her father, Marlene has to find out that Veit only went to see her because he would soon die if Marlene didn't donate part of her liver to him . Because Marlene's half-brother Karl was kidnapped many years ago and never reappeared, Veit has become emotionally cold. Although she learns that Veit, then 20, wanted to get 16-year-old Natascha to abort her child, Marlene is ready to save her father's life. When Marlene succeeds in rewarming Veit's heart after the successful operation, the two of them are arrested and threatened by drug boss Javier in a hut. Konstantin finally succeeds in overpowering the criminal who is after his friend Thiago. Relieved by the news of Javier's capture by the police, Marlene gives Constantine a kiss, which the Argentine returns.

While the familiarity between Marlene and Konstantin grows stronger, the Argentine dreams of how happily he is in love with Marlene. Because Konstantin behaves strangely, Natascha tells Marlene that she believes Konstantin has feelings for another woman. Werner also believes that there is more than friendship behind his son's feelings for Marlene. But when Natascha becomes pregnant by Konstantin and openly plays with the idea of aborting the child, the Argentine wants to propose to her. However, he doesn't get the words out and instead rehearses the proposal with Marlene, whom he then kisses. Nevertheless, Constantine, fearing that Natascha might have an abortion, makes a real proposal. When Natascha overheard Konstantin Werner tell that the rehearsed proposal with Marlene felt more correct than the real proposal with Natascha, the singer decides to abort the child and fakes a miscarriage for everyone.

Without knowing about Natascha's abortion , Konstantin falls in love with his fiancée's daughter while singing Can't Help Falling in Love with Marlene in the piano bar . Konstantin is annoyed with himself because he had not noticed Marlene in this way for so long and now believes it is too late to be happy with her. Shortly afterwards, Natascha surprised Konstantin with the proposal to get married quickly and adopt a little girl. Because of his strong feelings for Marlene, Konstantin lets Natascha stand in front of the registry office without revealing the reason. In her anger at Konstantin, Natascha attacks her ex-fiancé with a knife , whereupon Konstantin can barely evade thanks to Michael's warning and is only slightly injured. When she learns about his feelings, Marlene initially refuses to disappoint her mother and Michael and fights against her feelings for Konstantin. Although Konstantin believes that Michael owes his life to Michael, Konstantin decides to fight for Marlene. When Marlene doubts Konstantin's new feelings, he explains to her that when they met for the first time, he was unable to love because after the separation from Theresa he was no longer ready to plunge into a serious relationship. Because she sees her mother suffering from her feelings for Konstantin, Marlene continues to try not to show her strong feelings for the Argentine.

After Werner ensures that Marlene and Konstantin meet alone at his hut, the two give in to their passion for each other. After their return from the hut, Marlene and Konstantin were able to call Michael for help just in time when they heard of a suicide attempt by Natascha, who, after finding out that she could never sing again, wanted to kill herself with medication. Nevertheless, with a heavy heart, Marlene separates from Michael and confesses to Konstantin. When Natascha sees Konstantin and Marlene kissing passionately and learns that her own daughter, of all people, was the reason why Konstantin left her standing in front of the registry office, she breaks up with Marlene. Natascha plans an intrigue and writes a fake email to Konstantin from Theresa that the wife of his twin brother wants to return to him. Konstantin then thinks back to his time with Theresa, withdraws and finally realizes that Marlene is the woman of his life and that he only loves Marlene.

On the following day, which is Marlene's birthday, Konstantin wants to propose to Marlene, but he postpones it when he realizes that she is in a bad mood because of the argument with her mother. When Marlene had a serious fall in the forest after another argument with her mother, Natascha took her to Michael. Through Marlene's fall, Constantine realizes that he does not want to wait any longer with the marriage proposal and surprises her at a game of billiards with the proposal, which she happily accepts. Just two days later, the two married in a romantic setting on Lake Starnberg . Before that, Natascha jumps over her shadow and, like Marlene's father Veit, appears surprisingly at the wedding and gives the bride and groom their blessing. Although she becomes the mother-in-law of her former lover, Natascha prevents Michael from interrupting Marlene and Konstantin's wedding. After the wedding party, Marlene's half-brother Karim alias Karl appears, who is overjoyed and immediately embraced by her father Veit, who has been broken for years. A short time later, Konstantin and Marlene say goodbye to Florence , where Marlene will work as a designer on her father's new jewelry collection. A year later, the two parents have a son: Miguel Riedmüller, named after Konstantin's adoptive father.

Series 1815–2066: Pauline and Leonard Stahl

Pauline Jentzsch comes to the Fürstenhof with her best friend Coco Conradi, who is applying to be a restaurant manager . The Fürstenhof used to belong to Pauline's family until her grandfather Erich von Weyersbrunn sold it to Charlotte's father. There Pauline met Leonard Stahl, who came to the Fürstenhof with his father Friedrich, Charlotte's former sweetheart. When Friedrich bought this with 90% of the shares, he hired Leonard as managing director. Pauline gets a job as a pastry chef at the Fürstenhof . When she meets Leonard, she immediately falls in love with him. But this begins a brief affair with Patrizia Dietrich. When Patrizia's grandfather Joseph Dietrich meets Pauline, she reminds him of Pauline's grandmother and a dark chapter from his past. He was present as a notary when Erich von Weyersbrunn wanted to sell the Fürstenhof to Ludwig Saalfeld. Shortly before Erich could sign the contract, however, he suffered a heart attack and died. Ludwig and Joseph then forged the signature, buried Erich's body and claimed that he had gone abroad with the money. In return, Joseph received a share of the sales proceeds. Now he wants to make up for the injustice of that time and leave the money to Pauline. Patrizia feels betrayed of her inheritance and therefore murders her grandfather before he can tell Pauline the truth.

Pauline would like to continue to get together with Leonard. Therefore, she threatens Patrizia repeatedly, so that Pauline keeps her hands off him. But when Leonard realizes how Patrizia really is, he separates from her. Instead, she has a night of love with Friedrich. In addition, Barbara von Heidenberg appears again at the Fürstenhof . She is the wife of an important diplomat and is known as Consuela Moralez-Diaz. It also turns out that Patrizia is Barbara's half-sister, as they had the same mother. She supports her in her intrigues against Pauline. Patrizia has meanwhile found the original purchase contract from the Fürstenhof and blackmailed Friedrich with her knowledge of the true ownership. Because if Pauline finds out that she actually still belongs to the Fürstenhof , Friedrich would be financially ruined. He responds to her demands and employs her as a PR manager. Some time later, Patrizia discovers that she is pregnant from the affair with Friedrich. When he hears about it, he pushes her down a flight of stairs and Patrizia falls into a coma. Meanwhile, Leonard and Pauline get together and start a relationship. In order not to have to be blackmailed by Patrizia if she ever wakes up again and to no longer have to worry about his shares, he urges Leonard to marry Pauline. When Pauline finds out that Friedrich only wants to force her to have one wedding, since she actually still owns the Fürstenhof , she separates from Leonard. She then receives 20% of Friedrich's shares.

When Leonard's old student friend Daniel Brückner came to the Fürstenhof some time later , Pauline made advances. At first she is just annoyed by Daniel. But when he almost dies in a helicopter crash, Pauline actually seems to develop feelings for him. Eventually the two become a couple. This breaks the friendship between Daniel and Leonard. Everything changes suddenly when the pop singer Christian "Chris" Brenner appears at the Fürstenhof . He once had a relationship with Daniel and blackmailed him into exposing the secret to Pauline. Eventually it comes to the point that Chris kidnaps Pauline and Daniel and locks them in a basement where they are supposed to freeze to death. However, Leonard saves them and Chris dies while trying to escape when he is run over. Since Leonard still loves Pauline, he leaves no stone unturned to win her back. During an extended party night, during which Pauline, Leonard and his half-brother Pastor Martin Windgassen were accidentally under a drug-like influence, he ignorantly married Pauline and Leonard. Although the marriage is not legally valid, Pauline realizes that she still has feelings. When Daniel finds out about this, he separates from Pauline for the time being. Leonard hopes for a second chance with Pauline and wants to propose to her. Before he can do this, he loses the ring. When Daniel accidentally finds him and Pauline suddenly joins them, he spontaneously proposes marriage to her, which she accepts. But Pauline subconsciously notices that her feelings for Leonard are somehow stronger than for Daniel. When she also learns that the latter actually made his proposal with Leonard's ring, Pauline finally separates from Daniel.

Patrizia, who is still in a coma, gives birth to her children by caesarean section, which she claims are from Leonard. Of the twins, only Mila survives. After Leonard found out that Pauline is engaged to Daniel, he takes care of Mila and Patrizia, who has woken up again and who pretends to be amnesia for a while. Shortly afterwards, the Fürstenhof is to receive an award in Vienna . Pauline and Leonard are there too. The two realize that they still love each other and Leonard even proposes to Pauline. Daniel is angry about this and even wants to fall Leonard off a gondola of the Vienna Ferris wheel. However, he refrains from doing so because of Pauline. Then he disappears without a trace. When Patrizia learns from Leonard that he broke up with her because he loves Pauline, she and Daniel forge a plan to separate the two. Daniel is supposed to kidnap Mila and finally hide her with Barbara in San Cortez. Desperate Leonard learns that Daniel is behind all this and decides to separate from Pauline and marry Patrizia so that he has no more reason for revenge. However, Pauline suspects that Patrizia is hiding something. Leonard doesn't believe her, however, until he catches Patrizia talking to Barbara. He has the marriage with her annulled. This then goes crazy and wants to kill Pauline with a kitchen knife. However, Coco can prevent worse. Pauline then knows how to ensure that Mila comes back to the Fürstenhof : either Patrizia brings Mila back or Pauline reports her for attempted murder. However, she disappeared the next day and there is still no trace of Mila. In the end Leonard found out where Mila is through Pauline and so the little one came back to her family. Patrizia then also reappears at the Fürstenhof . She tells Leonard that not he, but actually Friedrich, is Mila's father. Despite Charlotte and Pauline's attempts to mediate, Leonard breaks up with his father.

Patrizia wants to take advantage of this situation and forges a plan of revenge against the Stahl family: Friedrich is said to be gradually poisoned by poison that she received from Barbara and eventually to die. The suspicion should then fall on Leonard, who should then end up in prison. When finally Patrizia Friedrich secretly tries to give the lethal dose with a cupcake from Pauline, Leonard accidentally eats the poisoned baked goods. However, at the last moment she can save him with an antidote from Barbara. Finally, also through Pauline Leonard and Friedrich are reconciled again. The latter suspects that Patrizia is behind the poison attack and blackmailed her with a complaint. After all, he would like to pay her money so that she can disappear from the royal court . Friedrich would like to take the money for this from a fund of his missing daughter Sophie. But when there is a sign of life from Sophie, the deal threatens to break. Patrizia therefore runs over this, who then dies. She is all the more confused when Sophie shows up at the Fürstenhof anyway , without knowing that her best friend Julia Wegener has actually assumed her identity. Pauline and Leonard finally want to get married. Shortly before that, Pauline discovers that she is pregnant. After a funny wedding, to which Leonard's brother Niklas from Barcelona also shows up, Pauline and Leonard set off on a new life in Vienna , where Pauline got a job as a pastry chef. A year later their son was born: Gabriel Stahl, named after Leonard's deceased mother, Gabrielle. Pauline and Leonard come back to the Fürstenhof for Niklas and Julia's wedding . However, there they witness a dramatic showdown: Patrizia wants to kidnap Mila again and is shot by Friedrich in self-defense. Since Barbara wants to take revenge for the death of her sister and take Mila to her, Pauline and Leonard take her to Vienna, where she is now safe. Two years later, Leonard and Pauline return to the Fürstenhof for Friedrich's funeral . With the consent of his other siblings, Leonard transfers his father's shares to Christoph Saalfeld.

Episode 2067–2265: Julia and Niklas Stahl

Julia Wegener comes to Bichlheim with her brother Sebastian and his friend Sophie Stahl. Sebastian suffers from a serious illness and Sophie's father, Friedrich Stahl, has the money to pay for his expensive therapy. However, Sophie is afraid of seeing her father again. She once fell out with him because her father gave her ex-boyfriend Sascha money to break up with her. Sophie then left her family for Thailand . She was believed dead after the 2004 tsunami . But Sophie is run over by Patrizia shortly afterwards, because she too is after Friedrich's money. With her last words, Sophie asks Julia from now on to pretend to be her because they look very similar so that they can get the money for Sebastian's therapy. Sebastian, who is afraid of dying, buries Sophie's body in the forest and urges Julia to fulfill her last wish. When she goes to a lake to swim a few days before Leonard and Pauline's wedding, she meets a mysterious stranger with whom she falls in love on the spot. He is also carried away by her. At the wedding, Julia meets him again and has to discover that the stranger is Sophie's brother Niklas Stahl. Since Niklas thinks Julia is his sister Sophie, the two have to suppress their feelings for each other. He stayed at the Fürstenhof even after the wedding because Friedrich hired him as head chef. Niklas also had a quarrel with him, as Friedrich never accepted his wish to become a star chef. Sebastian has since found out that Patrizia killed Sophie. But instead of feeling hatred for her, he begins an affair with her. In addition, Patrizia has targeted Niklas as part of her campaign of revenge against the Stahls. Julia makes friends with Tina Kessler over time. The first thing she confesses to her is that she is really not Sophie Stahl.

In the meantime, Niklas has fallen in love with Patrizia despite the warnings from his environment and started a relationship with her, although she is still having an affair with Sebastian behind his back. At the same time, he still has feelings for Julia. With her help, he even reconciles with his father. When the two of them almost had sex in the stable , they were photographed by Patrizia. Julia and Niklas regret their almost-misstep and distance themselves again. Sebastian, on the other hand, is jealous of Niklas and even follows them while they are out for a walk in the woods. He triggers a scree avalanche that buries Niklas and Patrizia under them and gets away unrecognized. However, the two can be saved. However, Niklas later struggled with symptoms of paralysis on his arm as a result of blood poisoning and is even considering going back to Barcelona . However, Julia can convince him to stay at the Fürstenhof . Niklas then even proposes to Patrizia, which she accepts.

Meanwhile, Julia takes care of Nils Heinemann. After the death of his wife Sabrina, Nils became addicted to alcohol . After a certain time, she also confesses to him that in reality she is not Sophie Stahl at all. The two even fall in love. When Niklas prepares his speech for the wedding, he can only think of Julia. He decides to run away with her and gets approval from her. In order not to endanger Sebastian's therapy, Julia decides to stay at the Fürstenhof anyway . When Patrizia hears about this, she fakes a suicide attempt, so that Niklas marries her because of his bad conscience. She even wants to go one step further and is planning a child with her husband. Sebastian, however, wants a child with her and has a rendezvous with her. By taking the pill later, Patrizia can prevent pregnancy. When she is suspected of having murdered her accomplice Leonora Lopez, Niklas doubts whether he can still trust his wife. Patrizia can be exonerated by Julia, but Niklas still wants a divorce.

Despite the divorce between Niklas and Patrizia, Julia believes that she still loves Nils more and becomes engaged to him. Since Sebastian's condition seems to be improving, Julia wants to tell the truth soon. However, the latter claims that his condition has continued to deteriorate. When she learns that his illness has been cured, she wants to tell Friedrich the truth about her identity. Since Patrizia sees her plan in danger, she kidnaps Julia, but Sebastian prevents Patrizia from murdering her. Instead, they release Julia and claim that she has psychosis . When Julia confesses that she is not Sophie, Friedrich and Niklas have doubts. A genetic test confirms - since Patrizia has manipulated it - that Julia must be related to Friedrich, whereupon everyone actually believes Julia is Sophie. Julia wants her and Nils to get married as soon as possible. However, through the test, he believes that Julia is Sophie and therefore leaves her standing in front of the altar. Patrizia continues her plan and wants to shoot Charlotte and hang it on Friedrich. But Sebastian realizes how dangerous Patrizia really is. While trying to protect Charlotte from Patrizia, he is shot by her herself. To save his life, Julia donates blood to her brother. Since both have the same blood count, Michael Niederbühl, the treating doctor, arranges a second genetic test, which confirms that Julia and Sebastian are siblings. Although Niklas is initially very disappointed that Julia has lied to her for so long, he also sees a new chance for her love. However, Friedrich is outraged by Niklas' love for Julia, as he is firmly convinced that she and Sebastian murdered Sophie. In doing so, he risks another break with his son. Julia admits that she loves Niklas more than Nils and finally separates from him.

When Sophie's body is found in the forest, Sebastian confesses his misdeeds and wants to prove that Patrizia is responsible for her death. In order to take revenge on Friedrich, she poisons Niklas, whereupon Niklas falls into a coma. Since they are still officially married, Patrizia can use Niklas' living will to enable his life support devices to be switched off and uses it to blackmail Friedrich. She demands that Julia take the blame for Sophie's death on herself so that she is no longer suspected. Instead, Sebastian confesses the act and is arrested. Nonetheless, Patrizia lets her thirst for revenge run free and lets Michael drop off as the treating doctor, as he is close friends with Niklas and has his equipment turned off by the new doctor. When Julia and Friedrich stand over the apparently dead Niklas, Julia notices that he is still breathing. He is then transferred to another clinic behind Patrizia's back. Fearing that she might try to kill him again, the Stahls fake a funeral for Niklas. Finally he wakes up from a coma . When the increasingly vengeful Patrizia learns from Friedrich that Niklas is still alive, she tries to kill him again. However, he is able to defend himself and Patrizia is arrested. However, she escapes by threatening the police officers with a gun. After her escape, she wants to move abroad. She kidnaps Charlotte and blackmailed Friedrich in order to get money for her new start. However, the ransom delivery fails and Patrizia is finally arrested.

Sebastian revokes his confession and is released from custody. Then the trial begins against the Wegener siblings and Patrizia. During a conversation between Sebastian and Friedrich, the latter learns that Sebastian never really loved Sophie because of her strong resemblance to Julia. Friedrich first wants to put the Wegeners in prison. But before the court he mentioned in his testimony that the two certainly regret their deed. Finally Julia and Sebastian are sentenced to a suspended sentence and Patrizia loses that custody of Mila and has to go to prison for life. Niklas and Julia finally want to get married. But Patrizia is able to escape from custody through her defense lawyer Stefan Merz and wants to start a new future with him at Barbara in San Cortez. She sneaks to Julia and Niklas' wedding to kidnap their daughter Mila. When she escapes, Sebastian stands in her way, whereupon she shoots him. He survived the attack thanks to Niklas' half-sister Luisa. Niklas and Leonard, who came to the wedding with Pauline and Gabriel, also want to stop Patrizia. When she threatens to shoot both of them, Patrizia is shot by Friedrich in emergency aid. Since Barbara wants to take revenge and Mila to get her, Leonard and Pauline take the little one to Vienna, where she is safe. After the wedding, Julia and Niklas start a fresh start in Lisbon , where he got a job as a sous-chef with a well-known chef and she opens her own pocket shop in the city center.

Episode 2266–2502: Luisa and Sebastian Wegener

Luisa Reisiger comes to Bichlheim to help her mother Marta, who is dying. There she met Julia and Sebastian Wegener, who had to do their social hours in the hospital. Luisa finds Sebastian very sympathetic, but shrinks from him. She suffers from a spinal injury that causes a hump as a result of a childhood car accident. Finally Martha dies. At the funeral, Luisa meets her father, the lawyer and friend of Friedrich Hermann Stürzebecher, who once abandoned Marta and her. There she confesses to him that he is actually not Luisa's father at all and that her mother had therefore broken off contact with him. During this difficult time she is supported by Sebastian. Luisa even saves his life after he was shot by Patrizia at the wedding of Julia and Niklas. When Hermann suddenly dies of a heart attack , Luisa becomes his sole heir. However, his fiancée and Charlotte's biological sister Beatrice Hofer are also aiming for the inheritance. She manipulates her son David into making advances to Luisa and eventually marrying her. David believes that he accidentally shot his father as a child, when in truth Beatrice once murdered him. Nevertheless, Luisa and Sebastian get together and even want to start a new life on Lake Constance . However, when after an intrigue by Beatrice Sebastian is found as a marriage swindler, the relationship breaks up again. Luisa also learns afterwards that in truth Friedrich Stahl is her father. Friedrich had an affair with Marta during his marriage to Gabrielle. She only found out afterwards that she was pregnant and wanted to contact him by phone several times. After all, Marta wanted to see him by car one New Year's Eve. It was there that the accident occurred that resulted in Luisa's hump. At first Luisa believes that Friedrich is only targeting Hermann's inheritance. Over time, however, she realizes that she sees something good in her father and wants to get to know him more.

Luisa begins to approach David again. But then his ex-girlfriend Alina Steffen shows up at the Fürstenhof . David starts a relationship with her again. And Luisa also seems to be getting closer to Sebastian again. In addition, the latter believes to have got behind Beatrice's machinations. Since she sees her plans endangered by Sebastian, Beatrice carries out a murder attempt on him. Luisa can save him, however, and Beatrice escapes unrecognized. She wants David to dedicate himself more to Luisa again. But then Alina finds out that she is pregnant. When there is a dispute between Alina and Beatrice in the forest, Friedrich intervenes. Alina falls and hits her head hard on a stone, whereupon she dies. The suspicion falls on David first. But eventually Friedrich is arrested. With Beatrice's help, however, he gets away innocent. But this blackmailed him and there was even an affair between Friedrich and Beatrice. David then approaches Luisa again because she has fallen out with Sebastian again. Meanwhile, he consoles himself with the new employee Alexandra Auerbach. Little by little, Luisa actually falls in love with David.

After a while, Luisa's spine continues to curve and Dr. Niederbühl advises her to have a back operation by a specialist. She decides against the operation because she feels pressured to do so by David. Shortly thereafter, David makes her marriage proposal, which she accepts with delay. However, Luisa then struggled with symptoms of paralysis on her arm, whereupon she consented to the operation. Beatrice urges David to marry Luisa before the operation, as he would get Hermann's inheritance in the event of her death. The two are getting married. On the day of the operation, Michael discovers that the surgeon is suffering from anxiety and is taking medication and that a doctor needs to be found. When Luisa can no longer feel her legs the next day, Michael successfully operates on her. During her recovery, she is once again given assistance from Sebastian, while she is rather neglected by her own husband. However, he then fakes the caring husband. Sebastian believes that he has lost his great love to David forever and is considering leaving the royal court . But when Luisa collapses alone because of severe back pain and a fire breaks out at the same time, Sebastian saves her life at the last moment. Nevertheless, Sebastian turned his back on the Fürstenhof for a while.

As the day of death of David's father, whom he believes he once shot, approaches soon afterwards, he receives more support from Luisa. By spending time with his wife, he develops real feelings for her. Beatrice sees David's love for Luisa as a threat to her plans and therefore wants him to divorce her in order to get at least part of the inheritance. But David resists his mother. Beatrice uses a forged sound recording from Luisa to ensure that Sebastian comes back to the Fürstenhof . Although everything turns out to be a mistake, Sebastian starts his job again at the Fürstenhof . When he is suspected of having a deadly virus, Luisa realizes how important her ex-boyfriend is to her. She separates from David again and is open to her love for Sebastian. Beatrice sees no other choice and tries a radical way to get Luisa's inheritance: Beatrice instructs Eric Larsen to kidnap David. After all, half of Hermann's fortune is to be handed over as a ransom. Sebastian hands Larsen the ransom. When Beatrice is blackmailing him into killing David, she shoots him. David is shocked to realize that he has become part of a devious intrigue. Although his mother offers him the opportunity to go abroad with the money, he is determined to go to the royal court and tell everyone the truth. Beatrice panics and knocks her son down with a stick. At the hospital, the doctors discover that David is in a coma. Unfortunately, when he wakes up he has amnesia and doesn't even know who he is. Beatrice sees this as a means to destroy Luisa and Sebastian's relationship again and tells her son that he is still in a committed relationship with her. Luisa is afraid that if David learns that she and Sebastian are dating again, he will get such a shock that his healing will slow down, and asks Sebastian to keep their relationship a secret from David. This feels a heavy damper on their relationship.

Sebastian also confesses to Luisa that he has already had a failed marriage. And Isabelle Raspe actually shows up and claims to be still married to Sebastian. In addition, it turns out that he has a son with her named Paul who is sick with the same disease as Sebastian. He is now visibly confused and wants to finance Paul's therapy with all means. Little did he and Luisa suspect that Isabelle has made a pact with Beatrice behind their backs: Beatrice has promised Isabelle that she will finance Paul's therapy if she helps her destroy Sebastian and Luisa's relationship. At first Isabelle is outraged by the demand, but out of concern for her son, she sees no choice but to enter into the pact. The relationship between Luisa and Sebastian is actually increasingly damaged by various intrigues.

Sebastian, who is so desperate for Paul's health, even goes so far that he steals 100,000 euros from Friedrich for his son's therapy. However, Beatrice installed a surveillance camera that filmed the crime and is blackmailing Sebastian. If he does not part with Luisa, she will charge him with theft. Since he is now in an uptight situation, he confesses to Luisa the theft and at the same time tells him about Beatrice's blackmail. But she promises him not to reveal anything and understands his act, since she is also worried about Paul. So it happens that they seem to separate. However, there is actually a night between Isabelle and Sebastian, which Luisa also learns about. Although she is outraged at first, she quickly forgives Sebastian for the misstep. Isabelle also tells the two that she was also blackmailed by Beatrice. At the same time, David's memories of his abduction gradually come up and he now feels anger against his mother. He forges a plan of revenge against Beatrice. David fakes his suicide - but he tells Luisa and Sebastian beforehand that he is only faking everything - and finally kidnaps Beatrice herself out of revenge. Luisa learns of David's kidnapping through Isabelle and wants to report it. Together with Friedrich she tries to free Beatrice. A fire breaks out, but Beatrice manages to save Luisa and Friedrich in time. In the hospital, Beatrice Luisa confesses that she only wanted Hermann's money from the start. She manages, deeply moved, to destroy Beatrice's confession that David coaxed from her during the kidnapping.

Shortly afterwards, Isabelle leaves the Fürstenhof with the healed Paul. Sebastian also makes a marriage proposal to Luisa a little later, which she happily accepts. On this occasion Luisa calls Sebastian's cousin Bertram Liebig, known as Berti. Unfortunately, the two of them do not suspect that Berti has not forgiven Sebastian to this day, that he once slept with his girlfriend and thus destroyed their relationship. The vengeful Berti kidnaps Luisa on the day of the wedding and threatens to murder her. But Sebastian can save just in time with Adrian and Clara's help and Berti is arrested. Now Luisa and Sebastian are finally getting married and to the surprise of the latter, Paul is also a guest at the wedding. In the end, they decide to move to Düsseldorf near Paul and say goodbye to their friends at the Fürstenhof .

Episode 2503–2692: Clara and Adrian Lechner

Clara Morgenstern, an aspiring designer of knitwear, comes to the Fürstenhof to find her grandfather, who should own the hotel. But since neither Werner nor Friedrich is the father of her mother Melanie (called Melli), she wants to leave again. However, by chance it turns out that Alfons Sonnbichler is Melli's father. Since Clara and Melli want to stay at the Fürstenhof , Clara takes a job as a Pagin. One day she meets a hotel guest whom she immediately finds likeable. The hotel guest turns out to be her former sandpit love Adrian Lechner. He traveled to the Fürstenhof because he was born there. When Adrian learns that the Fürstenhof is in financial difficulties, he buys 20% of the shares.

Clara and Adrian spend more time together, but unfortunately he no longer sees her as a little sister. In addition, Desirée Bramigk, Beatrice Hofer's daughter from her first marriage and Clara's flatmate, shows interest in Adrian and even spends a night with him. Adrian actually decides to start an affair with Desirée. But this is disturbed when her ex-boyfriend Lucien Evers shows up at the Fürstenhof . But since his plan to infiltrate Desirée as a smuggler does not succeed, he plans to win Clara’s trust in order to bring an ancient cross to Brazil with her. But Lucien's plan fails and he is arrested.

In order to finally bind Adrian to her, Beatrice advises Desirée to become pregnant. This strictly refuses, although she learns that Clara is also in love with Adrian. Beatrice still sets a goal and manipulates Desirée's pill. Shortly afterwards, she realizes that she is actually pregnant. Her plan to hide the pregnancy from Adrian fails when she falls off her horse while riding with him and the truth emerges during her later examination. Adrian is immediately looking forward to becoming a father and proposes to Desirée, which she happily accepts. Clara is badly hit by this and even refuses to become his maid of honor. In her utter despair, Clara shortly afterwards also confesses to him that he is her dream man. Adrian then informs her that he no longer sees her as friendship and that that will never change.

A little later, due to carelessness in the presence of Beatrice, Desirèe falls off the treadmill in the fitness room and remains motionless. Shortly afterwards, in the hospital, Desirèe is told that she has lost the child. Desirèe Adrian spontaneously decides to keep silent about the "departure" and instead plunges into the wedding preparations with a bad feeling. A short time later, Clara believes she has found out that Desirèe is no longer pregnant. But she doesn't dare to confess her "guess" to Adrian, as it could turn out to be wrong and she would have lost Adrian as a good friend forever. So she has to watch in despair as Adrian and Desirèe get married in the closest family circle in the hotel park. Shortly after the wedding, Desirée gives Clara to understand that she should stay away from Adrian in the future, as she can hardly stand the closeness between the two. When Desirée Beatrice shortly thereafter told her that she wanted to pretend to Adrian that she had suddenly lost their child, she prompted her to harm Clara even more permanently, in order to finally destroy the sandpit friendship between the two. When Clara is supposed to do an order with the Fürstenhof shuttle some time later, Desirée decides to make it look as if she had lost her and Adrian's child by getting under the car. Clara, who is so shocked by this, accompanies Desirée to the hospital. After her examination, she lies before her that she lost the child in the accident. When Adrian learns of this, he distances himself from Clara in Desirée's favor. A little later, Beatrice bribed the cook Sperber, whom she could report at any time for poaching, to have seen the accident with the shuttle and also to have seen that Clara had deliberately approached Desirée to get rid of her. Because of the situation in which he finds himself, Sparrowhawk gets involved in order not to lose his job as a cook at the hotel.

Soon afterwards, with David's help, Clara manages to find Adrian's brother William, who was believed to be dead and whose birthday is imminent. Although she and Adrian did not have a good relationship at this point, as Adrian asked Clara to vacate her studio in the Fürstenhof after the incident , he was overjoyed when he heard William's voice on the phone. Clara and Adrian make up again, much to Desirèe's displeasure. Soon afterwards William travels to the royal court , where he also meets Clara again. However, he mistakenly thinks that his older brother and Clara are a couple, which Adrian corrects immediately. Soon the mother of the two brothers, Susan Newcombe, also travels to the Fürstenhof to prevent William from telling his brother the true story about Hagen Lechner. When Susan decides a little later to tell Adrian the truth about his father, Desirèe stops her. After Susan lied to her son Adrian, he doesn't want anything to do with her. Susan soon leaves the royal court .

In the meantime, Clara and William have rediscovered their friendship for each other. After a while, Clara decides to forget Adrian. Over time, she actually develops feelings for William and the two become a couple. When William soon thought about leaving the Fürstenhof and going to Australia with Clara , it was difficult for her to leave Bichlheim, her family and friends. Ultimately, the two of them stay in Bichlheim, and William proposes to Clara, which Clara initially refuses. William worked for some time as the second fitness trainer at the Fürstenhof until a knee injury prevented this.

Some time later, Adrian finally discovered his feelings for Clara and wanted to confess them to her as soon as possible. At that moment, Clara Williams accepts the marriage proposal. As a result, Adrian is devastated and decisively fends off his wife's tenderness. He confesses to William that he has fallen in love with Clara. Clara notices that the two are arguing, but she doesn't know what about. Desirée also suspects that Adrian is distancing himself more and more from her. However, she is gradually threatened by a stalker, whereupon he promises her not to leave her. However, Desirée finds out through a surveillance video that Beatrice is actually behind it. But she sees the whole thing as a trick to keep Adrian close.

During another conversation between Adrian and William, Clara discovers that Adrian has feelings for her. One day before the wedding, Clara accuses William of hiding Adrian's feelings from her. To clear her head, she goes for a walk. A snow storm comes up and Clara takes refuge in one of the romantic huts. There she meets Adrian, who was also out and about in the snowstorm. An avalanche locks them up there. In the meantime, William looks for Clara to apologize to her. Clara and Adrian, threatened to freeze to death, get closer again in the hut, until they are rescued. Despite the events, Clara decides to marry William anyway and Adrian separates from Desirée, who throws him out of their apartment in a rage and wants a divorce. Meanwhile, William suggests Clara to have a lightning wedding in Las Vegas , whereupon she confesses to him that she loves Adrian. The furious William breaks up with his brother. To be considerate of him, Clara and Adrian continue to avoid each other.

Desirée seeks revenge and even tries to destroy Clara's collection for the Fashion Award, which Oskar Reiter just prevents. Clara wants to give up at first, but gets help from Adrian and William, who get closer again. In addition, Adrian proposes to her and she takes 2nd place in the Fashion Award. In addition, she receives an offer from a Japanese designer who was on the jury for the awards to start with her, for which she would have to leave the Fürstenhof. She eventually accepts, and Clara and Adrian eventually get married. Adrian meanwhile accepts his mother's advice to open a Bavarian restaurant in Japan to go with Clara. After a touching farewell party, Adrian and Clara set off for their new life in Japan.

When Ella finds out about it, memories of Marcel are awakened in her and an argument ensues. William, who loves Mrs. Wrong, learns that one of the friends has to be behind the pseudonym. Without further ado, Rebecca introduces Ella as Mrs. Wrong and paves the way for her friend for a relationship with William.

When Ella falls ill, Rebecca steps in for her several times and poses as a couple with William as part of her wedding agency. There is even a kiss during a photo shoot and finally Rebecca realizes that she, too, has fallen in love with William. However, for the sake of Ella, she decides to forego her feelings. Meanwhile, Ella is on cloud nine and enjoys every moment with her great love William. This eventually culminates in the fact that she even breaks her vows and gives William her virginity. In the frenzy of love, she also confesses to him that not she, but Rebecca is Mrs. Wrong.

Shortly afterwards, however, Ella learns that the motorcycle helmet she damaged was to blame for Marcel's death. Plagued by guilt, she withdraws from her friends without discussing it with anyone. When William is then kissed by an old friend and wants to keep this a secret from her, Ella can no longer stand her self-doubt. She asks William to marry her in order to prove his love for her. But William refuses and the relationship breaks up.

A little later Rebecca and William find an orphaned duck nest and decide to hatch the eggs themselves. Through this project, the two get closer again and William finally develops feelings for Rebecca as well. When the injured Ella learns of both feelings, she gives Rebecca the choice: their friendship or William. Rebecca chooses Ella, but cannot escape Williams' attraction.

Due to the constant lies, the jealousy and finally Ella's admission of guilt, the once intimate friendship threatens to break. When Rebecca decides the race for herself, Ella can no longer hold anything and she turns her back on Bichelheim for an indefinite period of time.

Rebecca and William are now officially a couple, and William encourages Rebecca to look for her birth mother, who abandoned her shortly after giving birth. After some false information, Rebecca's customer Astrid Westkamp finally confesses to being her mother. It takes a while for Astrid to reveal the real reasons for Rebecca's abandonment, but Rebecca can forgive her mother and the two part on good terms.

A little later, Ella reappears at the Fürstenhof and asks Rebecca to organize her wedding with the millionaire son Patrick von Brahmberg. In doing so, she demonstratively demonstrates her new luck to both Rebecca and William. But appearances are deceptive. Ella does not want to marry out of love, she only has a deal with her fiancé, which should secure her a life as a millionaire and him as a playboy.

At the same time, William receives a tempting job offer from Sydney. He is supposed to train the Australian national taekwondo team for the 2020 Olympics. William is thrilled, but is considering canceling because he can no longer imagine life without Rebecca. When Rebecca realizes how close William's dream is, she decides to break up her tents in Bichelheim after Ella's wedding and follow William to Australia.

Meanwhile, Ella has doubts about whether the wedding is the right way to go. She realizes that her behavior was wrong and goes back to her old values. She leaves Patrick at the altar and makes up with Rebecca and William. The canceled wedding gives the fitness trainer an idea and so he makes a spontaneous marriage proposal to Rebecca, which she accepts, surprised but overjoyed. Episode 3020–3264: Denise and Joshua Winter

For them, however, valuable does not mean that it costs a lot of money, but rather has a story to tell. Growing up without a mother and with a father who mainly took care of his job and his sons, she and her older sister Annabelle had no material worries, but neither did they know a harmonious family life.

A traumatic experience left her and her sister Annabelle Sullivan deeply wounds that Denise still struggles with today. Denise does not want to admit that her sister repeatedly exploits this to manipulate her, or rather, she ignores it.

After he was able to save the life of his half-sister Valentina with a stem cell donation, Joshua decides to start over at the "Fürstenhof". But he did the math without his adoptive father.

Eventually Joshua has to make a momentous decision. And in his love life too, the young man is spoiled for choice. Behind the gentle-looking eyes, however, there is a dark side that always comes to light when Annabelle feels cheated. And that happens very quickly. Especially when it comes to her father Christoph, in whose footsteps she would love to follow.

When she meets Joshua, Annabelle is immediately impressed. He doesn't fall directly into their prey scheme, but as a Saalfeld offspring he wouldn't be a bad match. That is why it soon becomes clear to Annabelle who or no one - and if she can't have him, then no one else can get him; especially not her little sister.

Episode 3265–: Franzi Krummbiegl and Tim Degen

    occupation

    background

The Bavaria television production (until 31 January 2007: Bavaria Film) produced the series since 1 August 2005 in the studios of Bavaria Film in Grünwald near Munich. One complete episode is created for each day of shooting (run length 50 minutes, episode 111–150: 45 minutes). In order not to fall behind in production due to filming failures such as holidays or summer and winter breaks, there were brief broadcast breaks of two weeks in 2009 and 2012 (end of July to mid-August). During this time, summaries moderated by Sepp Schauer and Antje Hagen were broadcast, which were prepared according to seasons under headings such as “The most beautiful moments” or “Best of ...”.

Sturm der Liebe is produced digitally: When shooting outside, the recordings are saved directly on the hard drive, while shooting inside is recorded on a deck . The series has been broadcast in 16: 9 widescreen format since episode 447, and since October 5, 2011, the series has also been shown in 720p high-definition quality . Peter Süß was the chief author of the series from the start of production, and Björn Firnrohr has held this position since mid-October 2016 . ARD Degeto is responsible for the editorial work, which she also transfers to WDR and partly to BR .

Originally created as a telenovela with 100 episodes, Sturm der Liebe has been extended several times so far, and 3670 episodes are now planned for the end of 2021. As a result, the genre feature of the finiteness of a telenovela tended to be canceled.

Each main story arc of the series is given an inner cohesion by a female lead and her voice-over , a concept inherited from the original telenovela. This voice-over was spoken by the previous protagonists Henriette Richter-Röhl (episodes 1–312 from September 26, 2005 to January 30, 2007), Inez Bjørg David (episodes 320–520 from February 13 to December 18, 2007), Dominique Siassia (Episodes 527–702 from January 3 to October 7, 2008), Ivanka Brekalo (episodes 704–914 from October 9, 2008 to September 14, 2009), Sarah Stork (episodes 935–1117 from October 13, 2009 to 5. August 2010), Uta Kargel (episodes 1118–1391 from August 6, 2010 to October 10, 2011), Ines Lutz (episodes 1392–1600 from October 11, 2011 to September 5, 2012), Lucy Scherer (episodes 1601–1813 from September 6, 2012 to August 1, 2013), Liza Tzschirner (episodes 1815–2066 from August 5, 2013 to September 10, 2014), Jennifer Newrkla (episodes 2067–2265 from September 11, 2014 to July 28, 2015), Magdalena Steinlein (episodes 2266–2502 from July 29, 2015 to July 28, 2016), Jeannine Michèle Wacker (episodes 2503–2692 from July 29, 2016 to May 22, 2017), Julia Alice Ludwig (episodes 2691–2811 from May 19 to November 16, 2017) and Victoria Reich (episodes 2693–2812 from May 23 to November 17, 2017), Larissa Marolt (episodes 2812–3019 from November 17, 2017 to October 18, 2018), Helen Barke ( Episodes 3020–3264 from October 19, 2018 to November 6, 2019) and Léa Wegmann (from episode 3265, since November 7, 2019) as well as Ute Katharina Kampowsky (episodes 915–933 from September 15 to October 9, 2009) in Prologue for the fifth season.

Some of the anniversary episodes are specially designed from a dramatic perspective. So Miriam and the Saalfelds had to fear for Robert's life in the 500th episode on November 19, 2007 . For the 1000th episode on January 26, 2010, however, a lavish party with fireworks for “250 years of the Fürstenhof” was organized, followed by a 50-minute special , moderated by Sepp Schauer ( Alfons Sonnbichler ) and Judith Hildebrandt ( Tanja Liebertz ) Anniversary Special “Storm of Love - Luck and Tears at the Fürstenhof” on ARD and ORF 2. The focus of the 1500th episode of the telenovela on March 28, 2012 was the celebrations for the 100th anniversary of Theresa's Burger Bräu brewery . On June 10, 2014, the 2000th episode of Sturm der Liebe was broadcast, in which the Fürstenhof in Vienna was named the best Alpine hotel of 2014. With their wedding, Luisa and Sebastian celebrated the coronation of their love in the 2500th episode on July 27, 2016 - and the opening credits of the following season had its premiere in advance. On September 20, 2018, the 3,000th episode was broadcast in which Werner and his loved ones celebrated his 75th birthday. Many familiar faces from the previous seasons traveled to this occasion.

Dramaturgically implemented was also the redesign of the Princely Court with episode 1383 (September 27, 2011) after Barbara detonated an explosive device at Robert and Eva's wedding. The renovation and cleaning work continued up to and including episode 1387, before the new sets in episode 1388 (October 5, 2011) were inaugurated after a leap in time and the hotel was reopened. The background to this was that the telenovela has been shown in the new HD film image since October 2011.

The telenovela environment and its marketing include fan days and public events by “Das Erste” and the production company “Bavaria”.

    Opening credits

With each new season, a new opening credits are put together, introducing the respective episodes and introducing the most important leading roles of the season. Outdoor locations

    The Vagen Castle (2018)

Another revolving villa ( ) is on the premises of Bavaria Film GmbH in Grünwald-Geiselgasteig . Since March 2006 filming has been taking place here for the renovated west wing of the Fürstenhof . For this purpose, the facade of the Villa Mann is used, which was built in 2000 as a backdrop for the historic television film Die Manns - A novel of the century . Following the example of the original setting, the building was renovated and rebuilt, so the motif can also be used from the inside. If the weather conditions are difficult in the winter months, it is mainly shot here because of the proximity to the studio. In the scene around the immediate bomb detonation in episode 1383, some short sequences of the Marienhof series, also produced by Bavaria, were cut, which were made in the Mann Villa in 2004. When a house collapsed on the occasion of the 2500th episode, the residents tried to get to safety through the very stairwell, which is identical to that of the Fürstenhof west wing. Due to the assembled image material, Alfonso Losa and Sven Thiemann could briefly be seen in roles who did not belong to the series cosmos actually shown. World icon

Between the scenes of the telenovela, landscape studies are played that are adapted to the seasonal sequence. The recordings come from the foothills of the Alps. Sequences showing the Zahmer Kaiser mountain range in Tyrol are also recorded . These intermediate scenes change and separate the individual scenes in the plot.

In episodes 1193 to 1195, Robert , Eva , Alfons and Hildegard spend a few days in Verona , northern Italy. The German and Italian actors played in their own language, which was dubbed accordingly in post-production. The episodes from 1999 to 2001 were shot in Vienna .

    Musical love motifs

Each pair of protagonists in Sturm der Liebe has a common love song that connects both.

In addition, the two long-established married couples Saalfeld and Sonnbichler have their love song together throughout all seasons:

    • Charlotte and Werner Saalfeld are connected by Frank Sinatra's My Way .
    • Hildegard and Alfons Sonnenbichler's common song is The sun rises again and again by Udo Jürgens .

    reception

    criticism

In the first six months, the market share rose continuously to over 20 percent with mostly around 3 million viewers. The target group of 14- to 49-year-olds regularly reaches an audience rate of over 10 percent. But there were episodes with a much greater range.

"The ARD telenovela" Sturm der Liebe "has been gaining market shares of more than 25 percent from the audience for the past three years - the Bavaria Film production is therefore guaranteed to be in the top 5 of the public service program."

    - Quota meter 2009

“The ratings for the ARD telenovela“ Storm of Love ”are still great - more than 20 percent regularly watch the stories about Eva and Robert. However, a few years ago they were significantly better. At a time when RTL was not yet dominating the afternoon with scripted reality, the daily series won almost 30 percent. You definitely want to stop the fall of the numbers. "

    - Quota meter October 2010

“Since the production was moved to a different studio, the interior scenery of the Fürstenhof was allowed to explode. That was also good for the ratings, because 2.72 million German citizens watched, so that a respectable 28.2 percent market share was achieved. "

    Repetitions and blocks of broadcasts

The episodes are broadcast on a fixed program slot on ARD. Almost all third programs repeat the series in the morning and morning programs on the following day. As part of the internet offer, the last episodes are kept ready for one week in the ARD media library. For those who are curious, there is a list of actors and a table of contents on the ARD website for around four weeks in advance. The hr-fernsehen had repeated the first episodes of the telenovela in the evening program from mid-2008. However, the third programs decided (according to their own information) to only repeat new episodes, since Sturm der Liebe is the only trademark of ARD.

ORF bought the series rights and repeated them the next morning at 11:05 a.m. on ORF2 .

Since August 1, 2016, all episodes started with episode 1 are repeated as double episodes on One , formerly Einsfestival , Monday to Friday. Since August 6, 2019, the MDR has been repeating all episodes from episode 1, but only in individual episodes, Tuesdays to Fridays.

    Pocket notebooks and DVDs

From January 2006 to July 2013, Cora Verlag published the Sturm der Liebe pocket booklet series every month . Here Johanna Theden wrote novels based on the scripts. Still photos from the TV series were used as cover images.

From July 2006 Sturm der Liebe - photo novel was published . In the first volume, the photo novel, the romantic love story of Laura and Alexander, was brought to market. The second edition appeared in August 2007 and showed the stars of the series in exciting scenes . The novels are supplemented by background information on the series. The printed series with a previously anonymous author appears once a year.
