The Elstertal constituency was a state electoral district for the Saxon state elections in 1994 and 1999 . He had constituency number 1 for these elections.
Constituency area
The constituency included all cities and municipalities of the Elstertal district formed on August 1, 1994 . This was formed from the districts of Plauen-Land and Oelsnitz as well as parts of the district of Klingenthal .
