Anché is a French village with 340 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Arrondissement Montmorillon , in the department of Vienne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Poitou-Charentes ); it is part of the canton of Lusignan (until 2015: canton of Couhé ). The inhabitants are called Anchéens .
geography
Anché is located about 26 kilometers south-southwest of Poitiers on the Clain . At the western boundary of the municipality, the Bouleure flows into the Dive and this immediately afterwards into the Clain. Anché is surrounded by the neighboring communities Vivonne in the north, Marnay in the northeast, Champagné-Saint-Hilaire in the east and southeast, Ceaux-en-Couhé in the south and southwest, Payré in the west and Voulon in the northwest.
