The German Three Cushion Championship 1955 (DDM) was the 23rd edition of this tournament series and took place from May 7th to 10th in Cologne , North Rhine-Westphalia .
history
The tournament was not a three- cushion championship in its own right, but was played as part of the pentathlon championship and drawn out and rated as the result.
The defending champion August Tiedtke was not allowed to take part in the DDM because he was not allowed to start as a Saarlander because Saarland was independent at that time . Ernst Rudolph earned his second title and all the best performances.
mode
It played "everyone against everyone" ( round-robin mode ) to 50 points with a push .
