Gerhard Schulenburg
Gerhard Schulenburg (born October 11, 1926 in Laatzen ; † March 26, 2013 there ) was a German football referee .

Between 1963 and 1974, Schulenburg directed a total of 105 games in the first Bundesliga .
He took part as a referee in the 1974 World Cup in Germany , where he headed the game between Scotland and Zaire (2-0) in Dortmund. In addition, the FIFA referee was repeatedly involved in qualifying matches for World and European Championships between 1966 and 1972. At the EM 1968 Schulenburg led the quarter-finals between Bulgaria and Italy (3-2). In September 1968, Gerhard Schulenburg was the referee of the UEFA Cup final between Ferencváros Budapest and Leeds United . Together with Albert Dusch , who directed the cup finals in 1954, 1957 and 1960, he holds the record of having directed the DFB cup final three times (1959, 1966 and 1970).
