Lesquielles-Saint-Germain is surrounded by the neighboring communities Tupigny in the north-west, Hannapes on a short section in the north, Iron in the north-east, Villers-lès-Guise in the east, on a short section by Flavigny-le-Grand-et-Beaurain in the south-east , the canton capital Guise in the south, Vadencourt in the southwest and Grand-Verly in the west.

history

Since 1875, Lesquielles-Saint-Germain was connected to two railway lines that ran parallel to Guise. As a result of the decline in traffic after the Second World War , both routes were closed in 1950. The old station building now houses living space.
