Cuiry-lès-Iviers is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Dohis in the east, Archon in the south, Morgny-en-Thiérache in the southwest and the municipalities of Saint-Clément in the canton of Hirson in the west and Coingt and Iviers in the north.
