Voharies is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Rougeries in the north, Saint-Gobert in the northeast, Lugny in the east and southeast, Thiernu in the southwest, Berlancourt in the west and Marfontaine (point of contact) in the northwest.

history

The origin of the village of Voharies goes back to a medieval farm called Boharius . The place was initially a hamlet of the commune of Rougeries and became an independent commune at the beginning of the French Revolution .
