Éparcy is a French municipality with 30 inhabitants (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Aisne in the region of Hauts-de-France ; it belongs to the arrondissement Vervins , the canton Hirson and the municipality association Trois Rivières .
geography
Éparcy is located in the Thiérache near the border with Belgium on the Thon . Éparcy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Buire in the north and northwest, Hirson in the north, Bucilly in the east and southeast, Ladouzy-la-Ville in the south and southwest and La Hérie in the west.
