The two districts of Dagny and Lambercy are separated from each other by the Brune . Dagny-Lambercy is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Morgny-en-Thiérache in the southeast, Renneval in the south, Vigneux-Hocquet in the southwest, Nampcelles-la-Cour in the west, Bancigny in the northwest and the municipalities of Jeantes in the canton of Hirson in the north as well as Coingt and Saint-Clément in the northeast.
