Raillimont is a French municipality with 79 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Aisne in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016 Picardy ). It belongs to Arrondissement Vervins , the Canton of Vervins (2015 Rozoy-sur-Serre ) and the Association of Municipalities Portes de la Thiérache .

Raillimont is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Rozoy-sur-Serre in the west and north, Rouvroy-sur-Serre in the northeast and the municipalities of Rocquigny in the east, Vaux-lès-Rubigny in the southeast and Fraillicourt in the Grand Est region , Ardennes department in the south.

The municipality was formed on September 24, 1872 separation from the municipality of Rouvroy-sur-Serre by arrangement of the prefecture .
