Lucien Sainte-Rose

Lucien Sainte-Rose (born May 29, 1953 in Fort-de-France ) is a former French sprinter .

At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, he reached the semi-finals over 200 m .

With the French team, he won the European Athletics Indoor Championships in 1973 in Rotterdam in the 4 x 360 meter relay and at the European Athletics Championships in 1974 in Rome in the 4 x 100 meter relay .

Also in the 4 x 100 meter relay, he came seventh at the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal and fourth at the 1978 European Championship in Prague.

In 1973 he was French champion over 200 m, in 1977 over 100 m .
