Joseph Arame
Joseph Arame (born August 29, 1948 in Le Moule ) is a former French sprinter .
In 1971 he reached the European Championships in Helsinki , he reached the semifinals over 200 meters .
At the European Championships in Rome in 1974 , he won together with Lucien Sainte-Rose , Bruno Cherrier and Dominique Chauvelot in the 4 x 100 meter relay and was fourth over 200 meters.
In 1976 he was seventh in the 4 x 100 meter relay at the Olympic Games in Montreal and reached the semi-finals over 200 meters .
At the European Championships in 1978 in Prague , he was eliminated over 100 and 200 meters in the semifinals, as well as at the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow over 200 meters .
Over 200 meters he was five times French champion (1974-1977, 1980) and once French indoor champion (1982).
