In the track, Eminem and Dr. Dre especially their many years of successful collaboration and drug use.

During the intro , Eminem parodies the announcement of an airplane pilot and says that you have now reached the altitude to smoke in the cabin. Dr. Dre now begins to rap about the fact that he is back with Eminem and that there is no comparable duo in hip-hop. Meanwhile, Eminem slips into the role of his alter ego Slim Shady , who is looking for victims with a chainsaw. The hookline rapped by Eminem states that for the sake of the old days, the two have teamed up again to produce more hits. In the second verse, also interpreted by Eminem, drug use comes to a head. Now takes Slim Shady next to marijuana and Vicodin to himself and manifests itself sexist towards women. In the third verse, Slim Shady consumes vodka , creatine and Red Bull and then makes ironic allusions to R. Kelly , who was once accused of child abuse but was acquitted. Dr. Dre glorifies his marijuana use, which gave him the artistic creativity to reach the top of the charts. Slim then asks Shady if he can take something off because it also improves his rap. However, he's already so high that he drifts into his own world and fantasizes about anal sex .
