content
The title and parts of the chorus of the song are based on the American song Jim Crack Corn from 1846, which comes from a minstrel show . At the same time, Jimmy is a reference to the discoverer of Eminem and chairman of Interscope Records , Jimmy Iovine .
In the song itself, Eminem and 50 Cent rap, sometimes ironically , about their status as superstars and that they don't care what others think of them. The first stanza is about Eminem's "don't give a shit" attitude towards his enemies. He describes himself as a psychopath who could end other rappers' careers. In the chorus he raps, among other things, about the increasing success that comes with more and more awards. In the second verse, Eminem compares warring rappers to dog poop on the street and says that he will not respond to their threats and disstracks because he is much bigger than them. Even his and 50 cents clothing brands are more successful. In addition, Eminem alludes to his alleged affair with the singer Mariah Carey , who always denied it. In the last verse, 50 Cent is also directed at his enemies and warns them that he is serious and does not shy away from physical violence. He is also a player and has an affair with his rival's wife.
