Palli is a village ( Estonian küla ) in the rural municipality Hiiumaa (2013 to 2017: rural municipality Hiiu , before that rural municipality Kõrgessaare ) on the second largest Estonian island Hiiumaa (German Dagö ).

Description and history

Palli has no residents today (as of December 31, 2011). The place is located in the northeast of the Kõpu peninsula ( Kõpu poolsaar ) directly on the Baltic Sea .

On the sandy beach of Palli there is an observation tower at the local campground. It opens up a wide view of the sea.
