Paroy is a French commune in the Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the canton of Provins in the Arrondissement of Provins . The residents call themselves Paroyens. It borders on Thénisy in the northwest , Savins in the northeast, Jutigny in the east, Les Ormes-sur-Voulzie in the southeast, Luisetaines in the southwest and Sigy in the west .
