It borders in the north-west on Valromey-sur-Séran with Belmont-Luthézieu , in the north-east on Artemare , in the east and south-east on Ceyzérieu , in the south-west on Cuzieu and in the west on Virieu-le-Grand . The residents call themselves the Saint-Martinans.
