Arrondissement adjustments in 2017

The reorganization of the arrondissements in 2017 made the 12 municipalities of Bourg-Saint-Christophe , Charnoz-sur-Ain , Faramans , Joyeux , Meximieux , Le Montellier , Pérouges , Rignieux-le-Franc , Saint-Éloi , Saint-Jean-de -Niost , Saint-Maurice-de-Gourdans and Villieu-Loyes-Mollon from the Arrondissement of Bourg-en-Bresse and the 2 municipalities of Champdor-Corcelles and Haut Valromey from the Arrondissement of Nantua to the Arrondissement of Belley. The community of Chanay moved from the Arrondissement Belley to the Arrondissement Nantua.
