The Arrondissement Largentière is an administrative unit of the French department Ardèche in the Region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . The main town ( sub-prefecture ) is Largentière .
By ordinance of the Prefect of February 22, 2007, the municipalities of the then cantons Antraigues-sur-Volane , Aubenas , Vals-les-Bains and Villeneuve-de-Berg changed from the Arrondissement Privas to the Arrondissement Largentière with effect from March 1, 2007 . It consists of six cantons and 151 municipalities.

Reorganization of the arrondissements in 2017
As a result of the reorganization of the arrondissements in 2017, the three municipalities Borée , La Rochette and Saint-Martial from the Arrondissement Tournon-sur-Rhône and the two municipalities Saint-Remèze and Sceautres from the Arrondissement Privas were assigned to the Arrondissement Largentière.
