Mercuer is a French commune in the Ardèche department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region with 1210 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017).
geography
The village is located about five kilometers north of the canton capital Aubenas on the south-eastern border of the Regional Nature Park Monts d'Ardèche , in the so-called Piémont Cévenol .
