Mézilhac is a French municipality with 95 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Ardèche in the Region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . The inhabitants are called Mézilhacois .

The place is located in the south-eastern Massif Central at an altitude of over 1,100 meters on the Col de Mézilhac mountain pass between Aubenas and Le Cheylard , at the intersection of several local connecting roads. The Volane , a tributary of the Ardèche , has its source in the municipality.
