Labégude is a French commune with 1,393 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Ardèche in the Region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes ; it belongs to the arrondissement Largentière and the canton Aubenas-1 . The inhabitants are called Labégudiens .
geography
Labégude is located in the northeastern foothills of the Cevennes on the Ardèche River , which also forms the northern municipal boundary. It is part of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park . Labégude is surrounded by neighboring communities Vals-les-Bains in the north, Ucel in the east, Aubenas in the southeast, Mercuer in the south and west and Prades in the west.
The National Route 102 runs through the municipality .
