Culture and sights

  • The 11th century castle of Ucel is built at an altitude of about sixty meters above the Ardèche. The ruins of a small polygonal enclosure have been preserved from the castle, which was built at the highest point of the complex. In the middle of this mountain there was perhaps a square donjon. Below the complex are the remains of a chapel ruin.
