Trans is about 35 kilometers east-northeast of Laval . Trans is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Villaines-la-Juhel in the north, Courcité in the north and north-east, Saint-Thomas-de-Courceriers in the east and south-east, Izé in the south, Bais in the south-west and Champgenéteux in the west and north-west.
