Election 2013

Shortly after the polling stations closed, it became known that up to 299 ballot papers had been filled out incorrectly. In the Kassel-Ost constituency, the ballot papers from the Kassel-West constituency were accidentally distributed to the voters. The first votes on these ballot papers were declared invalid, said the district returning officer.
