The Motorola Droid Bionic is an Android-based, 4G-capable, smartphone designed by Motorola, It is scheduled for release in Q2 2011, although no official release date has been announced.
It was introduced at the Consumer Electronics Show along with the Motorola Atrix, Motorola Xoom, and Motorola CLIQ.
Features
The smartphone includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, HDMI output, 1 GHz NVIDIA Tegra dual core processor, a 4.3" qHD display, 3G wireless hotspot capability, GPS, an 8 MP low-light–capable camera with 720p HD video capture and a front-facing camera capable of Video Chat. In the United States, the handset will be distributed exclusively by Verizon Wireless.[1]

Motorola DROID BIONIC is one of the first Android handsets to use Verizon's 4G LTE network. It comes with a 4.3 inch qHD (540 x 960) display and has a dual-core processor from Nvidia which will run at 1GHz, while 512MB of DDR2 RAM comprises its memory capabilities. An 8 megapixel camera with HD video capabilities and a front-facing camera enables high resolution photos and HD video along with video calling. The phone comes with Adobe Flash and HTML 5 support, as well as with HDMI output to an HDTV
