The in France located Diocese of Laval ( lat. : Dioecesis Valleguidonensis ) was prepared from parts of the diocese on June 30, 1855 Angers and Le Mans founded and is today the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Rennes .
Bishopric is Laval in Mayenne in the French region of Pays de la Loire . Laval is also the seat of the prefecture of the department.
Episcopal church is the Sainte-Trinité cathedral in Laval.
