Doue is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Saint-Cyr-sur-Morin in the north, Saint-Ouen-sur-Morin in the north and northeast, Orly-sur-Morin in the northeast, La Trétoire in the east, Rebais in the east and southeast, and Saint-Denis -lès-Rebais in the southeast, Saint-Germain-sous-Doue in the south and Jouarre in the west.
