The small Hofschaft Krähenhof is a place in the municipality of Lindlar , Oberbergischen Kreis in the administrative district of Cologne in North Rhine-Westphalia ( Germany ).

Location and description

The Krähenhof is located on the south-western edge of the village of Lindlar near Oberheiligenhoven on the L299 road and is urbanized with Lindlar. Other neighboring towns are Falkenhof , Steinscheid , Mittelheiligenhoven and Lingenbach . The Lennefer Bach flows south of the Hofschaft .

history

In the map topographical survey of the Rhineland from 1825, the Krähenhof is shown on an enclosed courtyard with two building floor plans. Up until 1927, more recent maps show only a forest parcel at the site of the place. The farm was created in 1928 during clearing work. Its name is based on the old hallway name.

Since the development of the new construction area Lindlar-West, the courtyard has grown together with the town center.

Attractions

Heiligenhoven Castle is located south of the court .

The VRS lines SB42 to Bensberg - Cologne, bus line 332 ( OVAG ) to Engelskirchen or Wipperfürth and bus line 398 (OVAG) to Hohkeppel run through the Oberheiligenhoven stop . All lines also go to the center of Lindlar.
