The Hofschaft Hausgrund is a district of the municipality of Lindlar , Oberbergischen Kreis in the administrative district of Cologne in North Rhine-Westphalia ( Germany ).

Location and description

House property with about 20 inhabitants is located west of Lindlar and Linde on the municipality and district border with Kürten in the Rheinisch-Bergisches Kreis . This border is formed by the Kürtener Sülz , which includes the Olpebach near Hausgrund .

history

The farm house floor was once owned by ministerials of the Bergisch nobility and diet capable Ritter seat in Duchy of Berg . The two-wing mansion burned down around 1850. Around 1900 the basement and the remains of a round tower are said to have existed on the Sülzbach.

Carl Friedrich von Wiebeking names the court on his charter of the Duchy of Berg in 1789 as H. Grund . It shows that the place was part of the Honschaft Ommer in the lower parish of Lindlar at that time .

The place is recorded on the topographical survey of the Rhineland from 1825 as Haus Grund . The Prussian first recording from 1840 shows the residential area under the name Hausgrund . From the Prussian new admission of 1894/96, the place is regularly recorded as house plot on measuring table sheets .

In 1845, according to the overview of the government district of Cologne , the place categorized as Hof und Pulvermühle and designated as Grund had four residential buildings with 21 residents at that time. The municipality and estate district statistics of the Rhine province list Hausgrund 1871 with six houses and 35 inhabitants. In the municipality lexicon for the province of Rhineland from 1888, seven houses with 46 inhabitants are given for Hausgrund . In 1895 the place had seven houses with 47 inhabitants and belonged denominationally to the Catholic parish Linde , in 1905 eight houses and 43 inhabitants are given.
