The list below contains all international matches for the Gibraltar men's national soccer team . Although the Football Association of Gibraltar , the Gibraltar Football Association (GFA), was founded in 1895, Gibraltar was making his first unofficial international match until July 4, 1993 as compared Jersey during the Iceland Games on the Isle of Wight . Between 1993 and 2012 another 53 unofficial internationals were played, mostly as part of the Island Games, before Gibraltar played its first official international against Slovakia on November 19, 2013. The first 18 international matches are not recognized by FIFA because Gibraltar was a UEFA member but not a FIFA member as of May 13, 2016.

More games

Twice, in 1965 and 1973, the English national football team made guest appearances in Gibraltar. Three games were played in the Victoria Stadium against a Gibraltar selection. However, from a Gibraltar point of view, these games cannot be called international matches, as the Gibraltar selection consisted of Gibraltar football players and British soldiers from the Royal Gibraltar Regiment, now part of the British Forces Gibraltar , stationed in Gibraltar . In the 1973 game, the legendary England goalkeeper Gordon Banks made his last and only international appearance after losing his right sight.
