List of the highest penalties for antitrust violations in the EU

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This list shows the highest penalties that were awarded in connection with cartel formation in the EU by the Commission or the Directorate-General for Competition . Companies that reveal a cartel to the investigative authorities can receive a leniency program discount. Companies that have already been involved in a cartel, however, receive a surcharge on their penalties.
