The list of Polish rail border crossings lists all existing and former cross-border rail connections in Poland .

Poland-Germany border, Berlin-Szczecin Railway.

Disused rail connections are shown in italics. The majority of Polish rail border crossings were only built after the new border was drawn in 1945.
