Osman Arpacıoğlu (born January 5, 1947 in Ankara ) is a former Turkish football player .

Club career

Arpacıoğlu started his professional career at Hacettepe . After a season he left Hacettepe and played for Mersin İdman Yurdu . He played for Mersin Idman Yurdu for four years and scored 55 goals, making him the most successful goalscorer in Mersin Idman Yurdu's club history. This achievement aroused interest among the Istanbul clubs. Fenerbahçe Istanbul signed him.

At Fenerbahçe Istanbul in the 1972/73 season was the first and only top scorer. This was followed by two championship titles in the 1973/74 and 1974/75 seasons, Turkish football champions. He won the Turkish Cup with his team in 1974.

At the end of his career Arpacıoğlu moved to Balıkesirspor . On June 9, 1980 he ended his career in the game between Balıkesirspor against Fenerbahçe Istanbul.
