The Pass de Barna is a mule pass in the Tambogruppe in the Lepontine Alps , which leads over the southern main ridge of the Alps . The border between Italy and Switzerland runs at the top of the pass . The pass connects the municipality of Mesocco in the canton of Graubünden with Campodolcino in the Val San Giacomo in Italy. The pass is located on the Via Alta Spluga alpine trail.

On the Italian side is the Bivacco Cà Bianca CAI at 2575 m , which serves as accommodation on the Via Alta Val Spluga.
