The Casannapass ( 2233 m above sea level ) in the canton of Graubünden in Switzerland connects the hiking trail coming from Langwies / Fondei at the foot of the Weissflue , which is part of the Schanfigger Höhenweg , with Serneus in Prättigau .
Along with the nearby Durannapass, it forms the eastern end of the Hochwang chain and, along with the Wasserscheidi between Weissflue and Weissfluhjoch, represents the last north-south transition in this area. To the east, the path continues up to Parsennfurgga and from there down towards Wolfgangpass and Davos Laret . The Casanna ( 2557 m above sea level ) rises to the northeast and forms a natural border between the Upper Prättigau and the Davos landscape.
