South African national cricket team in the West Indies for the 2004/05 season
The tour of the South African national cricket team to the West Indies in the 2004/05 season took place from March 31 to May 15, 2005. The international cricket tour was part of the 2004/05 international cricket season and included four tests and five ODIs . South Africa won the Test Series 2–0 and the ODI Series 5–0.
prehistory
The West Indies previously played a three-nation tournament in Australia , South Africa a tour against Zimbabwe . The last meeting of the two teams on a tour took place in the 2003/04 season in South Africa .
