Crannes-en-Champagne is located about 19 kilometers west-southwest of Le Mans on the Gée . Crannes-en-Champagne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Auvers-sous-Montfaucon in the north and north-west, Brains-sur-Gée in the north, Souligné-Flacé in the east and south-east, Chemiré-le-Gaudin in the south, Maigné in the south and south-west, Vallon-sur-Gée in the southwest and Tassillé in the west and northwest.
