geography

Crosmières is located about 39 kilometers south-southwest of Le Mans . The Argance River , a tributary of the Loir, runs along the western boundary of the municipality . Crosmières is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Le Bailleul in the north, Villaines-sous-Malicorne in the east and northeast, La Flèche in the southeast, Bazouges-sur-le-Loir in the south, Durtal in the southwest and La Chapelle-d'Aligné in the west.
