geography

Pirmil is about 21 kilometers west-southwest of Le Mans . Pirmil is surrounded by the neighboring communities Vallon-sur-Gée in the north, Maigné in the north-east, Fercé-sur-Sarthe in the east, Noyen-sur-Sarthe in the south, Tassé in the south-west and Chantenay-Villedieu in the west and north-west.

The A11 car route runs through the municipality .
